Instant Payment Service Eligibility

This endpoint provides a validation mechanism that accepts a routing number and returns whether the financial institution associated with the routing number is currently participating on an Instant Payment Network (RTP or FedNow) and if so, what services are supported by the institution.

It should be noted that in the Staging environment only the routing numbers contained within the Test Accounts tab within the Staging Victor UI (app.stage.victorfi.com) may be used. Using any of the provided routing numbers will return showing they are enabled for Instant Payment services.

In the Production environment, the Instant Payment Service Eligibility endpoint queries the RTP and FedNow network for a current list of banks participating in the RTP or FedNow networks.
